Our parts are covered for 30 days from the date of sale. All parts are marked for identification purposes. If a part that you receive is faulty, we will send a replacement part or, should a replacement not be available, then a refund, including postage costs. Should you need to return a purchased item that you purchased in error, you should notify us, and the item should be returned within 30 days, in the same condition as you received it. We will pay for the return postage. A refund can be issued after we have checked the security markings we have added to the part. Refunds are usually made within 7 days of receiving returns. By bidding or buying our parts, you are agreeing to have read and agreed to our terms of sale. Guarantee covers parts only, and labor claims cannot be made.
